Stuffed Blue Cheese Burger

The classic BBQ favourite with a twist. Stuffed Blue Cheese Burger – succellent British beef, tangy blue cheese and a touch of Worcester sauce all in one. A burger with a kick of personality guaranteed to be an all time family favourite.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300g quality beef mince

  • Lots of pepper pinch salt

  • 1 tsp Worcester sauce Blue cheese, thickly sliced

  • Olive oil.

  • 2 burger buns

  • Lettuce, tomato, red onion

METHOD

1. In a large mixing bowl gently mix together the mince, salt, pepper and Worcester sauce.

2. Divide the mixture into two, then gently form each half into a patty shape.

3. Open up the centre of the burger and place a piece of cheese inside.

4. Don’t overstuff the burger or i’ll make a huge mess.

5. Seal the meat back over the cheese and gently shape the patty into a flattish burger.

6. Drizzle a little oil over each side of the burger and wipe around to coat evenly.

7. Place the burgers on a hot, preheated griddle and cook for 10 minutes in total, turning once.

8. Serve piled up in the burger buns with the salad.
