Maybe it’s a mid-week catch up, or perhaps you fancy treating yourself. These Beetroot Blini’s are the perfect lightbite, paired wonderfully with a Bubbles Rose!

Cream cheese

Salt and pepper

Smoked Salmon

Dill

METHOD
1. Spread each blini with a little cream cheese and season with salt and black pepper.
2. Top with smoked salmon trimmings and sprigs of dill.
